As a result of the first 2 missions, the player is prematurely promoted to lieutenant. After arriving at the only stationary hypergates in the Capella system, the vanguard, which includes former cadets, clears the sector of guards, a link of special ships captures them. After this, the fleet is evacuated from the system. Trying to protect the transports with refugees and equipment, pursued by the main forces of the Council of Clans of the planet Clotho, a small but well-armed fleet of Troyden tries to escape from the superior enemy.
