Preparing the Item

Recommended procedure
Carefully inspect the item for any pre-existing damage. Clean the surface with a dry, soft cloth. Document the condition with photos before packaging.

- 3Secure with tape only on the protective material, never on the item

Choosing the right container
Container requirements
- Sturdy cardboard box in good condition
- Size slightly larger than the item
- No holes or weak points
- Double-wall cardboard for valuable items
Filling material
Fill all empty spaces with:
- • Bubble wrap
- • Foam peanuts
- • Crumpled kraft paper
- • Air cushions
Important: The item must not move inside the box. Test by gently shaking.
